Store Manager
This position is responsible for the professional operation of our store in Algonquin, IL. A background in interior design is desired. Responsibilities include store merchandising and merchandise movement and inventory control, supervising the staff, customer service, selling, enforcing policies and procedures, training and providing sound consistent decisionmaking as needed. Compensation is based on store volume and personal sales. The schedule will include weekends. We provide a benefits pkg. and a 401(k) plan.
